Areas of focus

Leadership and management

Designed to understand the leadership and management factors that impact outcomes at work and to provide practical tools and models to improve it. These series of courses move from the fundamentals of managing a team through to the more profound aspects of engagement. Participants will cover theories of behaviour, motivation, change, management and leadership. Skills practice and evidence based behavioural theories from psychology underpin these courses.

Interpersonal skills

A series of courses to help staff with the core interpersonal skills of assertiveness, attunement, influencing and having difficult conversations. These are skills based and very practical courses. We challenge participants to reflect on why they may struggle to demonstrate their desired behaviour and offer a series of helpful models and the chance to practice skills to improve their practice.

Communications

Practical courses to improve your communication skills. By using storytelling techniques, understanding the importance of purpose in communication and employing proven communication tools you will improve your skills. We will help you understand and manage anxiety related performance issues. We offer specific courses on presentations, public speaking, effective messaging, business writing and storytelling.

Wellbeing, resilience & stress

Today’s workplace is complex, demanding and of course continually changing. Employees need to deliver outcomes for their organisation while maintaining their wellbeing. We believe that our minds, as well as what we do, makes us who we are and our therapeutically informed approach ensures that we are strengths-based, relational and compassionate.

Professional skills

These very focused courses help with core skills such as meeting management, facilitation skills and project management. We also help professionals manage themselves more effectively through skills such as goal setting, prioritisation, time management and structuring your day. These courses can be as short as one hour, delivered in modules and accessed either on line or face to face.
